Otis L. Anthony was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1972 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 1973, Mr. Anthony enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, proudly serving his country until 1976. After being honorably discharged from military service, he returned home to Texas where he went on to have a successful career in business. Mr. Anthony now resides in Beaumont with his wife, Jane. They have three grown children and five grandchildren. He continues to be an active member of his local community.read less
