Nicole Akins Boyd is running as a Republican candidate for the U.S. House to represent North Carolina's 1st Congressional District. She is an entrepreneur and small business owner. Akins Boyd sits on the Pitt County GOP Executive Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pitt Greenville Home Builders Association and the Board of Adjustments for the town of Winterville.
