Nick A. Frentz is a member of the Kansas State Senate serving the 17th district. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Pittsburg State University and a Doctorate of Optometry from IU School of Optometry. Frentz previously served on the Blue Valley Board of Education from 2009 to 2013. He is currently serving his first term in the Kansas Senate having assumed office in January 2017. Frentz serves on the following legislative committees: Financial Institutions and Insurance (Vice Chair), Utilities (Vice Chair), Education, Federal and State Affairs, and Ways and Means.read less
