Nathan Michael Carlow was born on April 29, 1980 in Bethel, Alaska. He earned his B.A. degree in Journalism from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2002. Carlow was stationed in Germany while serving in the U.S. Army from 2002-2006 where he was deployed to Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After being honorably discharged, he worked briefly as a journalist before becoming a small business owner. Carlow and his wife Heather have four children. He currently resides in Fairbanks, Alaska.read less
