Michael J. Skindell is a former member of Ohio State Senate, representing District 23 from 2009 to 2022. He previously served as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 2001 to 2008. Skindell received his Bachelor's degree from John Carroll University in University Heights. He later received his Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland State University in Cleveland.
