Melissa Wintrow is a Democratic member of the Idaho House of Representatives, representing District 19. She was first elected to the chamber in 2018. Wintrow works in education policy and leadership development at Boise State University. She has served as president of the board of the Treasure Valley Education Partnership. She also serves on the board of the Idaho Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence. Wintrow earned a doctorate in education leadership from the University of Idaho.read less
