Matthew R. Koch is from Watertown, Wisconsin. He received his bachelor's degree in political science and history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Koch served on the Jefferson County Board of Supervisors from 2016-2020, where he focused on strengthening the county's fiscal health. He owns a small business helping other small businesses with financial planning and payroll services. Koch is active in the community, serving on the boards of the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce and the Watertown Regional Medical Center Foundation.
