Mary M. Mushinsky is currently serving her 20th term as State Representative for the 85th district of Connecticut. She is Chairman of the Committee on Children and has served on the Finance, Revenue & Bonding Committee; Education Committee; and Program Review & Investigations Committee. Mary has been committed to advocating for social justice, workers’ rights, and the environment as well as encouraging civic participation through election reform since first taking office in 1980. She has a long record of achievement on issues like healthcare access, the environment, education, and support for those less fortunate.read less
