Mary Elizabeth Carozza is the State Senator for Maryland's 38th District. She previously served four terms in the Maryland House of Delegates. Carozza holds a bachelor's degree in political science and a juris doctor. She was an attorney in private practice before entering politics. Carozza currently serves on several legislative committees including the Joint Committee on Administrative, Executive, and Legislative Review and the Senate Education, Health, and Environmental Affairs Committee.
