Mary Duffy Messier is married with two children. She formerly served on the Pawtucket City Council for six years, including four years as Council President. Messier also served on the Rhode Island Medical Assistance Working Group, is the former Executive Director of the Community Housing Program at the Pawtucket Housing Authority, and worked actively in neighborhood groups and initiatives.read less
