Marvin W. Lucas was elected to Seat 7 of the Scottsdale City Council in August 2014. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and served on Scottsdale's Finance and Audit Committee and the Municipal Property Corporation in various leadership positions prior to his election. Lucas is President and CEO of The Accountancy, a regional CPA firm serving middle market companies. In 1998, Marvin was selected as one of Phoenix Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40.
