Marion O'Neill was born and raised in Bradenton, Florida. He attended Manatee High School and later the University of Florida, where he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting. After college, O'Neill founded a public accounting firm which eventually grew into one of the largest in Manatee County. He sat on the board of several local organizations and chaired the Manatee Chamber of Commerce in the late 1990s. In 2018, O'Neill successfully ran to represent Florida's 16th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. He currently serves on the House Financial Services and Veterans' Affairs Committees. O'Neill resides in Bradenton with his wife and two children.read less
