Manly Barton is the President of Barton Strategies LLC. He provides business development and strategic planning services to companies in the energy, technology, and manufacturing industries. Prior to starting his own company, Barton worked at the U.S. Department of Energy from 2001-2009. He served in various roles including Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Energy. Barton has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
