Lynn Gladney was born and raised in North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University, where she studied textiles and fashion merchandising. After college, Lynn worked in the fashion industry for several years before deciding to go to law school at the University of North Carolina. She graduated from law school in 1985 and moved back to North Carolina to begin her legal career. Lynn specialized in family law and served on the board of her local humane society. She was elected to her first term in the North Carolina House of Representatives in 2016.read less
