Linda Michelle Serrato was born in Corpus Christi. She graduated from Texas A&M University—Corpus Christi in 2010, majoring in Education. Serrato taught middle school Math for 7 years before running for the Texas State House. She is currently serving her first term as the State Representative for Texas House District 43. Serrato serves on the House Committee on Public Education and the House Committee on Urban Affairs.read less
