Larry L. Rowe was born in Kentucky. He attended Vanderbilt University, where he earned his bachelor's degree as well as his law degree. After finishing his education, Rowe worked in private practice as an attorney. He focused on business litigation and transactions. In 2003, Rowe was elected as a Trial Court Judge for the 30th Judicial Circuit in Kentucky. He served in that position for over a decade before retiring.read less
