Lamont J. Robinson is running for election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Illinois. Robinson was born and raised in East St. Louis, Illinois. After serving in the U.S. Army, he founded a janitorial services company. Robinson aims to bring economic growth and urban renewal to East St. Louis. He supports policies to create jobs, improve education, make healthcare more affordable, invest in infrastructure, and reduce crime and violence.
