Lamont Bagby is a Democrat representing District 74 in the Virginia House of Delegates. He assumed office on January 8, 2014. Bagby serves on several committees including Courts of Justice; General Laws; and Science and Technology. Prior to his election, Bagby served as the youngest Chairman of the Henrico County School Board. Bagby also works as the Associate Rector of St. Augustine's Church.
