Kristin Roers is an educator and communications consultant from Fargo, ND. She previously served in the North Dakota House of Representatives from 2016 to 2018, representing District 27. Roers earned her Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Prior to entering politics, she worked as a teacher, school administrator, university instructor, education speaker, and communications consultant. Roers was first elected to the legislature in 2016. While in office, she served on the Education Committee, the Government and Veterans Affairs Committee, and the Judiciary Committee. After one term, she did not seek re-election in 2018.read less
