Kristen S. Cloutier is serving her third term representing District 18 in the Maine State House of Representatives, where she sits on the Health & Human Services Committee. Rep. Cloutier taught English, speech, and debate for over 25 years before her election in 2014. In addition to her legislative duties, Rep. Cloutier continues to serve on several nonprofit boards in her community. Rep. Cloutier earned a B.A. in English from St. Joseph's College and an M.S. in Education from the University of Southern Maine. She owns KSC Consulting, where she specializes in communications training and coaching. She and her husband Paul have three grown children and reside in the Lewiston area, where she still teaches.read less
