Kevin J. Rooney is a native of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor's degree in political science from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master's degree in business from Lehigh University. Rooney served as president of the Rooney Insulation Contracting and Engineering Company before beginning his political career. He was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1982 and served three terms.read less
