Kevin David Petersen was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He is founder and CEO of Petersen Inc., Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Liberty and Prosperity Initiative, and second Vice Chair of the Pennington County Republican Party. Petersen earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Marty College and pursued graduate studies in history at the University of South Dakota.
