Kevin Charles O'Hearn is running as a Republican for Texas House of Representatives District 13. He has worked internationally in sales before becoming a teacher. O'Hearn received a B.A. in History and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 1972. He later received an M.A. in History from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2000. O'Hearn taught middle and high school social studies in Arlington ISD for over 30 years before retiring.read less
