Joshua Daniel Kail is running as a Republican candidate for the U.S. House to represent West Virginia's 1st Congressional District. Kail holds a Master's Degree in Business from Wheeling University. He is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Kail is currently serving his first term as a state legislator in West Virginia's House of Delegates, representing the 16th district. Prior to serving in the legislature, Kail worked in health insurance and served on the Jefferson County Commission. He lives in Harpers Ferry.read less
