Joseph M. Seymour is the Working Families candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Connecticut. Seymour is an educator and community organizer. He served on the Middletown School Building Committee from 2009-2012. Seymour earned his BA in English and Religion from Wesleyan University in 2003. He has been endorsed by the Working Families Party. If elected, Seymour would be the first African American to represent Connecticut in Congress.read less
