Joseph H. Jefferson is a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 16. He assumed office in 2016. Jefferson serves as chair of the Committee on Prevention and Treatment of Substance Abuse and the Committee on Veterans' Affairs and Homeland Security. Jefferson attended Concord University, where he earned his B.S. in Education. His professional experience includes working as an electrician.
