Joseph Guthrie was born March 4, 1954, in Bowling Green. Guthrie received his B.S. and M.B.A. from Western Kentucky University. He was a pilot in the U.S. Air Force from 1974 to 2004, achieving the rank of colonel. In 2004, Guthrie became a consultant and investor in public and private equity markets. In 2009, Guthrie was elected as Magistrate/Judge Executive of Warren County. He lives in Bowling Green with his wife Jennifer. They have two grown children.read less
