Joseph E. Rafferty is running for election to the U.S. House to represent the 5th Congressional District of New York. Rafferty is a veteran who served in the U.S. Army for over 20 years. After retiring from the Army, Rafferty worked abroad training local police and military units. He has since returned to the U.S. and lives in Schenectady County, NY. If elected, Rafferty says he will focus on supporting veterans, strengthening the local economy, investing in infrastructure and renewable energy, and protecting Constitutional rights.read less
