Joseph D. Morelle is the U.S. Representative for New York's 25th congressional district. He was first elected in 2018. Morelle served as Majority Leader of the New York State Assembly from 2013 to 2018. Prior to being elected to the State Assembly, Morelle worked as Monroe County Clerk and served on Rochester's City Council. Morelle earned his B.A. in political science from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1980.read less
