Joseph D. Hamm is running for the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Louisiana. He is an Army veteran. Hamm was deployed in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. After returning home, he struggled with PTSD. Hamm believes his experiences will help him identify with struggling veterans.
