Joseph A. Casello is a Libertarian candidate for Governor of Connecticut. Casello was born on April 30, 1960 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He is married to his wife Anthonina and has two children. Casello earned his Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut in 1982. He worked as an accountant for several companies before opening his own accounting practice in 1991. Casello has also taught accounting and served on local government committees related to taxation and auditing. He is focused on eliminating unnecessary regulations and reducing taxes if elected as governor.read less
