Joseline A. Peña-Melnyk is currently serving in her fourth term as State Delegate representing the 21st legislative district in Anne Arundel and Prince George’s Counties. She serves on the Appropriations Committee where she sits on the Transportation & Environment and the Public Safety & Administration subcommittees as well as the Capital Budget subcommittee which funds all state infrastructure. Additionally, Delegate Peña-Melnyk sits on various workgroups and statewide taskforces and represents the Maryland General Assembly on two national committees: the Council of State Governments' Economic Development, Trade & Cultural Affairs Committee and the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators' Labor & Civil Rights Taskforce.read less
