Jon S. Cardin graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law. Prior to his election, Delegate Cardin practiced general law. He also served as a Baltimore County Council member. Delegate Cardin currently sits on the Judiciary Committee and the Joint Committee on Legislative Ethics.
