Jimmy Hickey, Jr. is a resident of Texarkana, Arkansas. He is married with one child. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Agricultural Business and Economics. Hickey was elected to the Arkansas House of Representatives in 2010. He serves on several legislative committees including the Education Committee and the City, County, and Local Affairs Committee where he is vice chair.
