Jim Wooten has served as State Representative for Oklahoma's House District 71 since 2016. He owns and operates Car Tune USA Auto Clinic based in Sapulpa. Wooten is also the Chairman of the Board of Covenant Creations Adoptions based in Oklahoma. Wooten previously served on the Glenpool Public Schools Board of Education. He is a member of the National Rifle Association and a volunteer with several community organizations in the Sapulpa area. Wooten is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he earned a Bachelor's degree.read less
