Jim Milford Perry was born in Savannah, GA. He attended Armstrong Atlantic State University from 1989 to 1994, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in International Studies. In 2017, he became Director at The Pacific Institute. He has also worked as President of Georgia Operations at Georgia Metal Finishing, and Vice President at Perry Metal Processors. Perry is involved with the Savannah Economic Development Authority, Coastal Workforce Board, and Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce. He has two children.read less
