Jessica Scarcella Spanton is running for State House District 43 in Rhode Island. She was born and raised in Foster, RI. Jessica received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Providence College. She has spent most of her career working in healthcare administration. Jessica is on the board for several community organizations. She is running to bring fiscal responsibility, government accountability, education reform and job growth to District 43 and the state.
