Jessica L. Fay was born in Santa Monica, CA. She earned her B.A. in urban studies from Whitman College in 2009 and her J.D. from Willamette University in 2013. After law school, she worked as a deputy district attorney in Multnomah County, Oregon. She has prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases.
