Jeff Helfrich is a state representative from Oregon. He was raised in Coos Bay, Oregon and attended Marshfield High School. Helfrich started working in the timber industry after graduating high school. He later founded and led the Coos Watershed Association before becoming an environmental consultant. In 2018, Helfrich ran for an open seat in the Oregon House of Representatives. He defeated Republican Vicki Olson to represent the state's 9th district in southern Oregon.read less
