Javier Loera Cervantes is running as a Democratic candidate for Texas State House of Representatives District 100. Cervantes was born in El Paso and earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin. Cervantes has served as a Legislative Aide and Community Outreach Coordinator for the El Paso area. He has also worked to increase access to healthcare and make college more affordable.
