Janne Myrdal was elected to represent Minnesota House District 10A in 2016, winning 57 percent of the vote. She previously served as a school administrator in Northfield Public Schools. Myrdal currently serves on the state government's Education Policy, Education Finance, and Ethics committees. She is passionate about equitable funding in public education. In 2019, Myrdal voted to increase per-pupil state aid 2 percent each year and provide an inflationary increase in future years.read less
