James A. Leftwich is serving his seventh term representing the 78th District in the House of Delegates. James is also a partner in the law firm Leftwich & Douglas. He served on the board of directors for the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce from 1994 to 2001. Delegate Leftwich received his law degree from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law.
