Jaime S. Foster was born in Fremont, Nebraska. She received her B.S. in political science from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2003. Foster served as a legislative aide to State Senator Tom Carlson from 2007 to 2015. In 2015, she took a position at Green Plains Renewable Energy working on state and federal regulatory issues. Foster is active with the American Association of Political Consultants, Nebraska Rural Electric Association, Nebraska Cattlemen and Nebraska Pork Producers Association.
