Jacob Bissaillon is from Vermont. He earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Norwich University in 2004 and a JD from Vermont Law School in 2008. He served on active duty as a Civil Affairs Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve from 2004-2012. He served one tour in Iraq in 2007 where he helped rebuild key infrastructure. Bissaillon lives in the city of Burlington and works as an attorney. He and his wife have two children.read less
