Hyland F. "Buddy" Fowler holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting and Economics from Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee. Following graduation from Carson Newman College, Mr. Fowler joined his family business where he worked for over 30 years. In 2008, he founded a consulting company where he continues to serve as President and CEO. Mr. Fowler has been an active leader within his community having served on various local boards and commissions over the last three decades. He was first elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives in 2014 and currently serves on the House Finance, Ways & Means Committee as well as the Joint Fiscal Review Committee.read less
