Holly T. Sargent was born in Hialeah, Florida. She received her B.S. degree in Government/History from the University of South Florida in 1988 and her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1991. She has served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 4th Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office since 1992. Sargent worked as an attorney in private practice prior to her current position. She is a member of the Florida Bar and previously served on the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association Public Safety Committee.read less
