Hector Arzeno was born in Puerto Rico. He served on active duty in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve. In 1979, he graduated from the Puerto Rico Technological Institute with a degree in electrical engineering technology. He was elected to represent District 14 in the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico in 2000. He sought the office of Resident Commissioner of Puerto Rico in 2008. He serves on several committees, including Public Safety, Infrastructure, Regulation of the Beverage Industry, and Cooperativism.read less
