Gregory W. Porter is a Republican member of the New Hampshire State House, representing Hillsborough 43. He assumed office in 2018. Porter earned his BSEE from Northeastern University. He has owned Porter Machine, a vertical and horizontal milling machine shop, for over 40 years. Porter is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire. His father was Verne Porter, an aircraft production worker at GE. His grandfather was Thomas Porter, an associate justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court from 1958 to 1968.read less
