Greg Wims is a Republican member of the U.S. House, representing Florida's 6th Congressional District. He assumed office on January 3, 2019. Wims was born in Orlando and graduated from Florida A&M University. Prior to his election, Wims served in the U.S. Army for over 20 years before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He also founded a small business consulting firm. In Congress, Wims serves on the Agriculture and Veterans' Affairs Committees.
