Frank P. Carroll is a Conservative candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 11th Congressional District of New York. Prior to entering politics, Carroll was a Superintendent in the Erie County Sheriff's Department. He also worked for nearly 3 decades as a Police Officer in various local communities. Carroll is pro-life and supports religious liberty.
